Ed 190 ~ 330,45 ~ 248,56 ~ 283 Bactrian camels, yaks and cattle embryos, adult 1 year old and 6-year-old adult camel hoof, yak hooves, cattle foot were used as the experimental material. Through the paraffin tissue sections, HE staining and immunohistochemistry EnVison study camel hoof, yak hooves, cattle hoof, the development of histological changes and the relationship with the hair follicles, and to detectβ-catenin in the temporal and spatial expression of different sites, results are as follows:1. Bactrian camel, yak and cattle has morphology different hoof. that means nail, nail Columnar and nail cap; Bactrian camel and yak in the two extreme types of nail structure, cattle in center. (Fig. 2-3)2. Bactrian camel, yak and cattle have different morphological structure of the hair follicle. respectively, follicle groups, a single point-like staggered distribution of hair follicles, and the individual hair follicles are distributed evenly.3. Bactrian camel, yak and cattle has different levels of relationship between hair follicles and hoof shell. Bactrian camel's hoof edge of the hair follicle and nail has close relationship, but with the expansion of the sole; yak hooves and hoof edge hair follicle is closely related; cattle hoof edge and hair follicle has nothing relationship. A Bactrian camel and yak hoof in the two extreme types, cattle in center.4. Embryonic Bactrian camel, yak and cattle hair follicles and the development of a hoof have the same development model, but their phenotype different. Embryonic hair follicle and the hoof of a relationship has nothing relationship.5.β-Catenin expression in the late embryonic of different parts of Bactrian camel hoof epidermis are the main strength;β-Catenin expression in yak hoof epidermis are the main strength, mesenchymal supplement;β-Catenin in cattle hoof expression during the development of epidermis are the main strength, mesenchymal supplement.
