Plug seedling of vegetables is the main way of industrialized seedling production. Matrix is the basis of seedling, domestic and foreign scholars have made plenty of research and practice on the widely used substrate of peat, vermiculite. Because of peat resources near depletion, environmental problems and the development of peat with, all over the world are trying a biological matrix polar development of resources, environmentally friendly and broad, green and safe, to replace the peat-vermiculite seedling substrate, to save resources, protect environment. This study introduces the significance of matrix of factory seedling and its research status at home and abroad, and on this basis to the substrate as the main research object, for fruit vegetable seedlings with different substrate, bean sprouts using shell, cow dung and other local easy collection of agricultural waste, and perlite, vermiculite, peat and other commonly used matrix, preparation5kinds of composite matrix with different volume ratio, and three local main cultivated kinds of vegetables:tomato, cucumber, pepper as the material of different formulations, physicochemical properties and its impact on different vegetable growth index and physiological index and other parameters, in order to explore the different media application in fruit vegetable factory breeding of, aims to select one substrate type replacing peat and vermiculite. At the same time, this study analyzed the treatment conditions of three varieties of vegetables plant cost and benefit, so as to providing guidance for production and sales. The test results show that:after mixing, the physicochemical properties of5kinds of substrate is different. T1, T4and T5three treatment bulk density and porosity were in an ideal substrate range, T2and T3two kinds of substrate porosity, EC and pH were not up to the ideal value. T4composite matrix V (perlite):V (fermented bean shell):V (peat):V (vermiculite) the physicochemical properties of=1:1:1:1fine, the bulk density of0.48g· cm3, total porosity is65.8%, water retention porosity is41.4%, aeration porosity is24.3%, pH6.6, EC1.14mS cm-1, the treatment in three vegetable varieties seedling effect are reached and exceeded the control level of T1, especially in cucumber seedling effect is good; the other T5composite matrix V (peat):V (vermiculite):V (chicken)=1:1:1treatment effect in three varieties of vegetable seedling is also good, close to or even more than the control T1level, these two kinds of composite matrix as a substitute for peat-vermiculite seedling substrate; T2, T3two groups of treatment effect in different varieties were significantly lower than those of control, not suitable for seedling of tomato, cucumber and pepper.Efficiency analysis result indicated: tomato, cucumber and pepper plant using T4and T5treatments than T1to reduce the production cost; tomato, cucumber and pepper plant using T4and T5treatments could improve seedling sales gross margin.
