| Huangsang Natrue Reserve(HNR) is situated in the southwest of Hunan Province, extending from N26°17’ to 26°35’, E109°45’ to 110°10’, with a total area of 12590 hm2. The highest elevation of HNR is 1913 m, the lowest is 480 m, and the everage altitude is above 800 m, more than 1400 m relative elevation difference, which show a middle-mountain landscape. The Flora in this area is close to the North of Guangxi Province and the Southeast of Guizhou Province, both have a lot of common species, generally belongs to the northeast and generate of Dianqiangui area.From 2013 to 2015, the author had investigated outdoors of HNR on several occasions and collected plant speciments with related literature, and compiled the plant name list of HNR. Based on this, the flora of seed plants of HNR was systematieally studied and analysis. The result can be created for the proteetion of Huangsang Nature Reservre, construetion, management measures, rational development and use of the plant resources to provide as scientific basis.In this paper, through using diversity analysis of species composition, areal-types of statistical analysis and endemic phenomenon analysis the families and genus of seed plant. The main results were as follows:(1) According to the survey, there are 1658 species of wild seed plants in HNR, which blongs to 159 families and 698 genera. Among them there are 4 families, 6genera and 10 species in Gymnospermeae; 155 families,692 genera and 1648 species in Angiospermea.(2) The geographical ingredient of flora is multiplex and the species of this area are comparatively rich. From the points of the floristic elements of seed plants, in the flora, the total of 159 families can be divided into 11 types and 3 subtypes, there are 73 tropical families, occupy 45.91% to total families and 39 temperate families that occupy 24.53% to total families. The total 698 genus can be divided in into 13 types and 18 subtypes, there are 306 tropical genera, occupy 43.84% to total genera and 308 temperate genera that occupy 44.13% to total genera. Contrast between tropical and temperate ingredients of family and genus are 2.7:1、1:1.01, and these statistics show that the flora has evident transitional character from subtropics to temperate zone.(3) There are abundant endemic and the protection wild plants in HNR. Nineteen species of wild protective plant in HNR. Three families of East Asia, which are Cephalotaxaceae、Actinidiaceae、Actinidiaceae、Stachyuraceae,and 3 endemic families of China are Bretschneideraceae、Sargentodoxaceae and Toricelliaceae. There are 22 genera and 706 species endemics of the China, occupy 44.63% to total species in HNR, occupy 16.40% to the species endemics of Central China flora(4035).(4) This flora has close connection with adjacent floristic. HNR with Dianqiangui area, central China flora, the flora of south China and central China flora have many identical species of China endemic plants, shows that this area is the intersection and the transition zone of south China-nanling reserve flora, central China flora, east China flora and Dianqiangui area.(5) According to the survey, there are ten new distributions in Hunan Province of Huangsang Nature Reserve at this investigation. For the first time description the structure of flower of Euonymus kweichowensis, and founded one taxa Lysimachia huangsangensis. Plenty of new distributions indicated the flora is abundance in this area. In addition, it also shows the investigations of plant and vegetation is few in this area. So the Huangsang Nature Reserve has very important value on plant diversity investigation and conservation in Hunan, even in China. |
