This paper is through the observation of8different varieties of flue-cured tobacco (V1: Yunyan87,V2:Honghuadajinyuan, V3:Xiangyan3, V4:NC82, V5:Zhongyan90, V6:RG11, V7:G80, V8:K326) under hydroponic conditions, trained with different phosphorus sources (A1-P:AIPO4、Ca-P:Ca3(P04)2、H-P:KH2PO4, in order for processing Tl, T2, T3) Hoagland nutrient solution, study of different varieties of Flue-cured Tobacco by using sparingly soluble P Sources of the genotypic difference and agronomic traits, physiological and biochemical and the change of phosphorus in the distribution of tobacco plants, comprehensive evaluation the different varieties of flue-cured tobacco in the insoluble phosphorus condition, initial screening the flue-cured tobacco varieties can absorb soluble phosphate. The main results are as follows:1.In agronomic traits, V3(Xiangyan3) were better in T1aluminum and phosphorus conditions, V5(Zhongyan90) performed better in the T2calcium and phosphorus conditions, V6(RG11) were better in T3potassium and phosphate in the conditions, the plant height, leaf number, stem girth, leaf length, leaf width was slightly higher than the other varieties; V1(Yunyan87) performs worse in T1aluminum and phosphorus conditions, and V1(Yunyan87) performance is poor in T2calcium and phosphorus conditions, so V1(Yunyan87) uptake the two kinds of insoluble phosphorus by the poor.2. Changes of chlorophyll and carotene basic follow the rule of the first increase and then decrease, its value from big to small order is as follows:T1>T2>T3. in T1, the chlorophyll of VI (Yunyan87) is larger, the carotene of V6(RG11) is larger.The chlorophyll and carotenoids of V2(Honghuadajinyuan) were larger in T2, The difference between varieties of T3is small. Invertase showed a gradually increasing trend, V5(Zhongyan90) has a higher content in different insoluble phosphate conditions, the size of between treatment basic shows:T1<T2<T3. Nitrate reductase activity overall showed a downward trend, the overall is:T2> T3> T1, The change of varieties is volatile.APA showing a downward trend, roughly the laws of the size is:T1> T2> T3. The activity of SOD was higher in T3, followed by T2, the difference between varieties in the processing is small. The changes of POD is in a certain fluctuation, POD content of different varieties in potassium and phosphate in the basic is lower than in the insoluble phosphorus. The changes and difference of CAT activity in three treatment is small, has a slightly decreasing trend. MDA showed a significant increasing trend, and Tobacco aging degree of adversity is strengthened and insoluble phosphorus on the growth of the degree of interest is intensified. The root activity of T3was the highest, followed by T2, V2(Honghuadajinyuan) has a higher root activity in different treatments.3. Three different phosphorus conditions, the nitrogen and potassium content of V1(Yunyan87) is higher, and insoluble phosphorus has little effect on the content; The phosphorus content of V6(RG11) is higher, and different insoluble phosphorus has little effect on the content. V5(Yan90) has a high efficiency utilization of aluminum phosphate, V2(Honghuadajinyuan) has a high efficiency utilization of calcium and phosphorus, smaller gap between the varieties in efficiency utilization of potassium phosphate.4. The fresh weight of the overground part of varieties of law is consistent:T1<T2<T3, the universal law of underground fresh weight is presented:T2<T1<T3, whole plant dry weight of the universal law is presented:T2<T1<T3.
