Agricultural mechanization evaluation system is a measure of the level of agricultural production scale application of agricultural machinery and the equipment level of the situation, but also the management of agricultural workers engaged in agricultural work, guiding the development of agricultural mechanization in production and an important theoretical basis for agricultural mechanization development goals. Only by the scientific and comprehensive evaluation of the level of development of agricultural mechanization it can correctly understand the current actual level and the stage of development of agricultural mechanization, agricultural mechanization local conditions to develop countermeasures, give full play to the role of agricultural machinery, thereby increasing agricultural productivity and agricultural mechanization level, with some theoretical and practical significance.From the level of Xinjiang agricultural mechanization development status and the actual situation, study describes the main features of the development of Xinjiang agricultural mechanization and problems. And around these problems, the development of agricultural mechanization linked to the number of agricultural machinery, agricultural machinery and construction, agricultural machinery operating level of standardization, system engineering theory, combining AHP evaluation system, etc., selected seven for agricultural mechanization development indicators; evaluation index system established screening levels Xinjiang agricultural mechanization. And applying expert investigation, AHP, weighted comprehensive evaluation analysis to determine the rights of the new evaluation system in the three-level indicators and seven secondary index values and calculation methods; build a comprehensive evaluation model of the level of agricultural mechanization development in Xinjiang; and take Balikun County for example, the use of new agricultural mechanization level evaluation model for a comprehensive analysis and evaluation. The results showed that the level of agricultural development of Balikun county in new evaluation index system is about 43.87%, it is in the intermediate stage of development, because of the structure of agricultural equipment sectors Balikun county farming income is not reasonable, and the small scale, self-cultivation since the main ways, resulting in a lower level of agricultural mechanization, more objectively reflect the actual level of comprehensive development of agricultural mechanization statistical areas.This paper conducted a preliminary exploration of a new evaluation system of Xinjiang agricultural mechanization evaluation index system, and it was created to reflect the quality of agricultural machinery and equipment, application level and the level of standardization of operations, and it has an important significance on promoting Xinjiang agricultural mechanization of high quality, high level of development.
