Two trals were included in this study to investigate the impact of Hunan sorghum, USA sorghum and Inner Mongolia sorghum instead of different proportions of corn on yellow feather broilers production performance, the immune organ index, intestinal morphology and serum biochemical indexes. Using the algorithm to explore the influence of three kinds of sorghum on the nutrition and metabolism of yellow feather broilers.Effects of different sources of sorghum diet on yellow-feathered Broilers growthThis experiment selects 3701 day old yellow—eathered broiler chickens according to body weight had no difference (P>0.05) were randomly divided into 7 groups, each group of 5 repeats, each repeat 10 chickens. Were fed 7 different diets:basal diet, America sorghum instead of 30% corn diet, Hunan sorghum instead of 30% corn diet, Inner Mongolia sorghum instead of 30% corn diet, America sorghum instead of 50% corn diet, Hunan sorghum instead of 50% corn diet, Inner Mongolia sorghum instead of 50% corn diet. During the whole period of 56 days, divided into early (1~28d), late (29-56d) two stages. The experimental results showed that, in the prophase of 3 different sources of sorghum by 30%,50% the proportion of replacing corn in each experimental group were not inhibited but improved in the role of Huang Yu broiler growth performance, respectively, instead of 30% corn and 50% of 3 kinds of Sorghum in experimental group, the average daily weight gain increased range are 3.77%~10.46%,3.35% to 7.53%, the average daily feed intake increased range was 3.75%~11.25%,6.5%~7.25%, the feed conversion rate have statistical significance. The end of the experiment, the average daily weight gain was similar; the average daily feed intake, instead of 30% maize sorghum experiment group increased by 3 from 7.21% to 9.31%, instead of 50% maize sorghum experiment group increased by 3 from 7.05% to 10.23%. During the whole experiment, instead of 30% maize sorghum 3 in experimental group, the average daily weight gain increased from 3.38% to 4.92%, the average daily feed intake increased from 7.91% to 8.67%; 3 instead of 50% maize sorghum test group the average daily weight gain increased from 1.23% to 7.38%, the average daily feed intake increased from 7.16% to 10.05%; the experimental group the feed conversion rate than the control group increased, but there was no statistical significance. The experimental group with sorghum broiler slaughter 50% of the proportion of replacing corn rate, eviscerated percentage, breast muscle rate, leg muscle rate changed little. Analysis of the rate of abdominal fat,50% Hunan sorghum instead of corn was significantly higher than that of control group, the experimental group and the control group showed no statistical significance. Earlier, the group was no significant difference in thymus index and spleen index (P>0.05). Instead of 50% maize sorghum in Hunan group of chicken bursal index and the control group had no significant difference, but was significantly higher than that of Sorghum in USA instead of 30% maize, Hunan sorghum sorghum instead of 30% and Inner Mongolia instead of 30% maize of the 3 groups, respectively, increased by 48.97%, 34.72%,31.83% (P<O.05). Later, the spleen index of the most affected, Inner Mongolia sorghum on spleen can inhibit the growth of sorghum, and low proportion USA instead of corn decreased spleen index. The early experiments, yellow-feathered broiler intestinal villi growth was not affected by feeding America sorghum and sorghum in Inner Mongolia broiler jejunum ileum retardation in V/C value, and highlights the America sorghum by 50% instead of corn was significantly higher than that of control group, promoting hair growth. Earlier, Inner Mongolia sorghum and Hunan sorghum to replace corn withsorghum increased slightly decreased, GSH-Px content in serum of test, but did not affect the growth of broiler. Later, Inner Mongolia sorghum and Hunan sorghum instead of corn increased the proportion of test, serum T-AOC increased.Evaluation of different sources of Sorghum energy and nutrient metabolic rate Experiment test were 24 56 days old yellow-feathered broiler chickens (2 ± 0.08) kg, according to body weight had no difference (P>0.05) were randomly divided into 4 treatments, each treatment 6 repeat, each repeat 1 chickens. In the corn soybean meal diet was fed the basal diet, the set of evaluation algorithm of nutrient metabolism America sorghum, sorghum and sorghum in Hunan Inner Mongolia rate, by 80% of the basal diet and 20% of the measured feed raw material prepared by the method of total fecal collection, metabolic test. The experimental period was 1 weeks. Results show that the United States, Hunan, Inner Mongolia 3 kinds of sorghum DM or less, respectively 87.06%,88.09%, 87.99%, NFE content is close, were 72.16%,71%,70.84%, and other nutrients were different, higher CP and EE content of Sorghum in Hunan, respectively 9.92%,3.69%, and GE, crude ash and CF Inner Mongolia sorghum were higher, respectively,2.75%,3.03%, 16.63MJ/kg. The content of sorghum GE and various nutrients are moderate. The anti nutritional factors of tannin content of sorghum, America containing single quantitative for a minimum of 0.31% times, Inner Mongolia 1.1% Hunan sorghum, sorghum tannins was the highest,1.38%.3 kinds of sorghum AME and CP, CF, DM, Ash, EE, NFE and the apparent metabolic rate and average values were 13.79MJ/kg and 42.91%,10.95%,69.46%,17.89%, 80.22%,85.81%. Inner Mongolia sorghum Apparent Metabolizable Energy of sorghum, sorghum in Hunan than in the United States was significantly increased by 12.17% and 15.81% (P<O.01). CF the apparent metabolic rate gap, Inner Mongolia sorghum was highest, significantly higher (P<O.01) in the United States and Hunan 27.87%,23.81%; USA sorghum is the second, significantly higher than 3.28% (P<0.01) of Sorghum in Hunan. EE metabolic rate changes opposite, Inner Mongolia sorghum was significantly (P<O.01) lower than that of Hunan sorghum 0.50% (P<O.01), significantly lower than that of the United States sorghum 0.24%. Serum CP, DM, Ash, NFE and the apparent metabolic rate showed no significant difference (P>0.05).
