The micro tiller is a small-scale agricultural machine widely used in agricultural farming in mountainous areas,paddy fields,tea gardens,orchards and greenhouses.It has the advantages of simple structure,light weight,small size and low cost.The micro-tiller have played a very important role in reducing manpower and improving farming efficiency and other aspects.With the development of small-scale agricultural machinery,it is of great significance to design and research an electric micro-cultivator with environmental protection,strong operation and low labor.The working and walking separation tiller has the advantages of being flexible and light,and adopts motor drive to achieve the goal of economic environmental protection,remote control can reduce labor burden and has broad application prospects.The main contents of this paper are as follows:A structure and transmission scheme of the working and walking separation tiller is proposed.The motion and force analysis of its main transmission mechanism crank-sliding mechanism,as well as the three-dimensional modeling and motion simulation of the tiller,observe the movement of the tiller,and verify the feasibility of its structure and transmission scheme;analysis The force condition and power consumption of the tiller tool;compared with the traditional micro tiller,the working and walking separation tiller can obtain greater tillage under the same working conditions.Using the basic theory of SPH algorithm,combined with MAT_FHWA_SOIL material in ANSYS,using LS-DYNA and LS-PREPOST software to carry out soil cutting numerical simulation,observe the simulation process,according to SPH soil particle movement and tool force,compared with theoretical analysis,the rationality of numerical simulation is verified;the numerical simulation of soil cutting under different working conditions was carried out,and the force,torque and system power consumption of the plowing knife under the set working conditions were observed,which provided a basis for the motor matching of the micro tiller.Designing and assembling a working and walking separation tiller model machine.According to the relevant data of numerical simulation,the power of the motor required by the model machine is estimated,and the hardware devices such as battery,power supply and reducer are matched.At the same time,the whole machine layout is performed on the model machine,and the two-dimensional parts drawingand processing are performed on the non-standard parts,completed the purchase,processing and assembly of the parts of the model machine.Test and analyze the model machine.According to the local micro tillage operation quality standard,the average tillage depth,the ploughing coefficient of variation and the soil breaking rate were selected as the experimental items of the model machine.The experiment showed that the working and walking separation tiller model met the operation quality standard.When compared with the existing two micro tillers,it is found that the model machine has lower cost and good economic benefits.
