Objective: To approach the animal experiments, observations catgut implantation onblood pressure in hypertensive rats, plasma endothelin and serum nitric oxide effects.Methods:50healthy male SD rats, extracting10normal feeding, with the remainderto L-NNA (L-NNA) modeling, after the model is successful, the remaining40wererandomly divided into model group and catgut implantation group, each20. Normalcontrol group and model control group received no treatment, catgut implantationgroup after a successful modeling catgut implantation. The model control group and acupoint catgut embeddinggroup in nitro arginine (L L-NNA that the performance behavior of rats with abnormalbehavior, a scream, shy, nervous, irritable, angry, often excessively, sparse hair, easyto fall off, lose luster, eyelid, conjunctival hyperemia, yellow urine, stool hard dry,water reduction. With the extension of time to die, compared with the normal group,model group and acupoint catgut embedding group rats blood pressure is increased,the more obvious clinical symptoms. Acupoint catgut embedding therapy group wereburied in rats after the clinical symptoms, mental state better, hair shine.②Comparedwith the normal control group, acupoint catgut embedding therapy group and themodel control group, blood pressure significantly increased (P<0.05);③comparedwith the normal control group, acupoint catgut embedding therapy group and themodel control group elevated plasma levels of endothelin (P<0.05), serum nitric oxide (P<0.05); the acupoint catgut embedding therapy, compared with the modelgroup of acupoint catgut embedding therapy the treatment group blood pressuredecreased significantly (P<0.05); the acupoint catgut embedding therapy, comparedwith the model group of acupoint catgut embedding therapy group of plasmaendothelin (P<0.05), lower serum nitric oxide (P<0.05) increases.Conclusion:The symptoms and signs of hypertensive rats increased gradually withthe extension of the course, reduce the volume of activities, sparse hair lose luster,acupoint catgut embedding method can significantly improve the hypertensive ratmodel of symptoms and signs. For the hypertensive rats Fenglong, Quchi, Baihui,Fengchi, liver Yu acupoint catgut embedding therapy can decrease the blood pressureof hypertensive rats, decrease plasma endothelin, serum nitric oxide. The plasmaendothelin, serum nitric oxide may be involved in the regulation of hypertension in.
