The Effect Of Using Biyuan Heji Combined Macrolides Antibiotics On The Epithelization Of The Sinus Mucosa After Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Chronic rhinosonusitis(CRS)refers to nasal-sinus mucosa chronic inflammatory disease,which is a commom and frequently-occurring disease in the nasology.And its course of disease continues for more than12weeks or is getting more and more serious.The typical symptoms are nasal obstruction,viscosity and purulent nasal mucus and so on.lt is called rhiorrhea with turbid discharge in Chinese medicine.Surgical therapy has become an important opportunity when chronic rhinosinusitis had failed in the standardization of drug therapies,at present,functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS) is the preferred method of surgical therapy. The variation of Epidermal Growth Factor(EGF) and Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor(EGFR) content in the Postoperative nasal-sinus mucosa has a closely relationship with the recovery of nasal-sinus mucosa. Our study is a combination of the Chinese and Western medicine compared by their only use and we will confirm the feasibility of this combination by the contention of EGF and EGFR after the surgey.ObjectionrThis topic is designed to observe the variation of EGF and EGFR content in the Postoperative nasal-sinus mucosa of CRS among the three groups.Thus discuss the value of combination of the Chinese and Western medicine using in Postoperative of FESS,then can provide objective data and clinical practice for the participation of combination of the Chinese and Western medicine after the functional endoscopic sinus surgery.Method:Slect30cases up to standard into group and divide them into three. The three groups of patients are given the same perioperative treatment before FESS.Then take specimins(from the back edge of maxillary sinus ostium) in the lst,2nd,4th week after FESS. Expression of EGF and EGFR in the sinus mucosa is determined with SP immunohistochemical method in10cases from control group(Budesonide nasal spray and Biyuan Heji) and10cases from control group(Budesonide nasal spray and14-membered ring macrolides antibiotic) and10cases from experimental group(Budesonide nasal spray and14-membered ring macrolides antibiotic and Biyuan Heji).The expressional intensity and the location of EGF and EGFR were observed under the light microscope. Evaluate the intensity of expression according to the staining degree and the staining area. Finally,we draw a conclusion by statistics analysis.Results:The expressional intensity of EGF and EGFR among groups and in the group:One week after surgery(before treatment), The expressional intensity of EGF and EGFR showed there was no difference among groups(p>0.05).Two weeks after surgery(one week after treatment), The expressional intensity of EGF showed there was very obvious difference between group C and group A(p<0.01) and the expressional intensity of EGFR showed there was obvious difference between group C and group A(p<0.05);The expressional intensity of EGF and EGFRshowed there was obvious difference between group C and group B(p<0.05).Four weeks after surgery(three weeks after treatment), The expressional intensity of EGFR showed there was very obvious difference between group C and group A(p<0.01) and the expressional intensity of EGF showed there was obvious difference between group C and group A(p<0.05);The expressional intensity of EGF and EGFR showed there was no difference between group C and group B(p>0.05).Before and after treatment one week, the expressional intensity of EGF and EGFR showed there was very obvious difference(p<0.01);Before and after treatment three weeks, the expressional intensity of EGF and EGFR showed there was very obvious difference(p<0.01).The expressional intensity of EGF and EGFR showed no difference among group C one week after treatment%group A and B three weeks after treatment(p<0.05).Conclusion:â‘ After functional endoscopic sinus surgery,Biyuan Heji combined macrolides antibiotics can enhance the EGF and EGFR expression in the sinus mucosa.â‘¡The efficiency of the expression of EGF and EGFR in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group.The expression of EGF and EGFR in sinus mucosa can reach a certain height in experimental group in the shorter term.â‘¢Biyuan Heji combined macrolides antibiotics can promote healing of the wounds,so that can shorten the course of treatment to a certain extent.
