Study Of Qingre Jiedu Huazhuo Tablets On Intestinal Liver Injury Protection Mechanism In Rats

Objective:To explore the effect of Qingre Jiedu Huazhuo tablets in injury rat model,which induced by alcohol and high fat, be liver function, blood lipid, endotoxin, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α and gastrointestinal propulsion experiment. And to investigate the protective mechanism of Qingre Jiedu Huazhuo tablets on liver.Method:The70rats adaptive feeding for5days, according to the random number table separated10rats were used as normal control group.Other rats fed with52degrees of liquor, the dose is1ml/100g, consecutive3months.Weighed twice weekly, administered dose adjustment liquor.The normal control group were given normal diet, high fat diet model group.All rats were cut the tail blood and liver function, endotoxin index at the end of the3month, there was statistical significance difference compared with the normal control group (P<0.01),successful model.The successful model of the30rats were divided into three groups according to the random number table(model group, treatment group Ⅰ, treatment group Ⅱ).They were to be wine/distilled water, wine/Qingre Jiedu Huazhuo tablets sheet suspension, distilled water/Qingre Jiedu Huazhuo tablets sheet suspension respectively9:00and16:00each gavage once, for1month.The normal control group were given each a corresponding amount of distilled water.Results:The model group rat liver fatty degeneration occurs, the liver cells become larger, increasing vacuoles, sinusoidal compression narrow, hepatic cord disorder, and even some fiber-like changes occur in rat liver. The rest of the other three groups of rats circumstances are better than the model group.Model rats severe liver dysfunction, especially ALT, AST, GLOB and the rest of the group has significant difference (P <0.01).Endotoxin areas:Although the model group and treatment group I difference is not obvious, but the model group and treatment group II was statistically significant difference (P<0.01).
