Effects Of New Xuefu Zhuyu Soft Capsule On MIF、TNF-α、 In Atherosclerosis Patients With Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective To explore the effects of New xuefu zhuyu Soft Capsule on MIF、and TNF-α in atherosclerosis patients with Blood Stasis Syndrome. Theresults will give some new theoretical basis for the prevention and treatmentof atherosclerosis.Methods60cases of atherosclerosis were randomly divided into a treatmentgroup and a control group,30cases in each one. In control group, theconventional western medicine was applied include nitrates calcium-antagonists, B receptor blocker agents, angiotensin-converting enzymeinhibitors and aspirin, added Atorvastatin Calcium tablets(20mg po qd).Intreatment group, on the basis of the treatment as control group, New xuefuzhuyu capsule was added(4pills po tid). The medication was administered for12weeks in two groups. Before and after treatment, the levels of serum LDL-C、MIF、TC and TNF-αand Blood stasis syndromes were determined in two groups.Results The levels of MIF、TNF-α、LDL-C and TC、Blood stasis syndromeswere lower than that before treatment in either group (P<0．05or P<0.01).The Stasis Credits in treatment group were significantly lower than that ofin control group (P<0.05).Conclusion New xuefu zhuyu soft capsule reduces the levels of serumLDL-c、MIF、TC and TNF-α， relieves the signs of blood stasis.It suggeststhat this medicine lowers the incidence of cardiovascular accidence probablythrough reducing inflammatory reaction and stabilizing atheroscleroticplague.
