The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of The Wentong Hewei Decotion In Treating Reflux Esophagitis Of Hanning Qizhi Syndrome With Omeprazole

Purpose To observe the clinical curative effect of the Wentong Hewei Decotion in treating Reflux Esophagitis of Hanning Qizhi Syndrome with Omeprazole,In order to explore the mechanism of the therapeutic methods from the aspects of theoretical study and clinical research.Method Selected 60 patients from outpatient department of gastroenterology department, inpatient department and gastroscope room,which were diagnosed with RE of Hanning Qizhi syndrome from March,2014 to February,2015.The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group received the Wentong Hewei Decotion with Omeprazole,while the control group had Omeprazole only.After a course of 8-weeks’ treatment,recorded two groups’ TCM symptoms integral and gastroscope integral.The patients were followed up for effective treatment in the two groups 8 weeks after the end of treatment,to observe the change of clinical symptoms of the record, and the results were statistically analyzed.During the treatment, patients were not allowed to take any other kinds of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine drugs, so as not to affect the final results of clinical and experimental study.Result Evaluation of clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,70% in the control group,the results showed that the two methods both can improve the clinical symptoms of TCM, and the effect of the treatment group was more obvious (P<0.05).The treatment group was better in the improvement of pantothenic acid, retrosternal pain, belching, aversion to coldthan the control group (P<0.05).The repair of injury of esophageal mucosa:15 patients in the treatment group were reviewed,and a total of 12 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 80%,while the control group of 12 patients were reviewed,7 cases were effective, the total efficiency was 58.33%,analysing the results showed that the two methods of treatment have the sama effect in esophageal mucosal repairing(P>0.05).The long-term effect:following up the effective treatment of the two groups of patients for 8 weeks found no recurrence in treatment group(P>0.05),while the control group has a tendency to recur (P<0.05)Conclusion The Wentong Hewei Decotion in treating Reflux Esophagitis of Hanning Qizhi Syndrome with Omeprazole had a better effect in the improvement of clinical symptoms than the control group,while two groups had the same effect in repairing the esophageal mucosa.And the method can effectively control the recurrence of RE, with good long-term effect.
