| Objective : To discuss the clinical effect of Chai Ping Decoction Treating incoordination between the liver and stomach of gastric polyps.Methods:60 patients were in accord with the diagnosis standard of cases, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Of which 30 cases of treatment group, treated with Chaiping Decoction oral; 30 cases in the control group were given pantoprazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin treatment, observe the treatment effect of the two groups and evaluate the treatment results and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results:Clinical studies show that, the total effective rate of treatment group 90%, control group, the total efficiency of 66.67%, the main symptoms of the efficacy of treatment group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chai Pingtang addition and subtraction oral treatment for clinical effect of incoordination between the liver and stomach gastric polyp was obviously better than that of pantoprazole, clarithromycin plus amoxicillin oral treatment. For cold damp invasion of gastric polyps, improper diet, emotional disorders, such as ferrite spleen deficiency caused by damp heat in spleen and stomach disorders, endogenous phlegm, blood stasis, phlegm, so that gas, wet, blood stasis mutual knot, caused by a long course of. Chai Pingtang from the "Jing Yue book", by Xiaochaihu Decoction and flat stomach scattered Hefang formed, consisting of 13 traditional Chinese medicines of Radix Bupleuri Radix Codonopsis, dried orange peel, etc., with Shugan Jieyu, stomach and relieving pain. Chinese medicine oral therapy as a whole treatment method is applied in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases, the utility model has the advantages of:(1) the whole dialectical therapy;(2) anti-inflammatory, antibacterial effect is obvious;(3) the curative effect, little side effect. |
