Objective To explore the clinic curative effect of moist dressing treating Ⅱ degree burn wounds,we conduct an investigation of burn wound healing time, the cost of treatment, scar growth through the application of the new type moist dressing on degree burn wounds, and use statistical methods to analysis Ⅱthose date, endeavor provide a new clinical treatment of treating Ⅱdegree burn wounds. Methods Select a total of 120 cases of patient with Ⅱdegree burn wounds from Gansu provincial Hospital between 2013 February to 2015 February, they are hospitalization within 24 hours, non chemical burns and electrical injury, TBSA<35% and with no obvious infection.According to the specific condition of patient, they were divided into treatment group and control group after the patient’s consent. Each group have 60 patients and contain 30 casesof superficial second degree and deep second degree. The treatment group contain 38 male cases and 22 female cases,1 to 55 years old,TBSA is 2% to 30%.The control group contain 33 male cases and 27 female cases,2 to 60 years old,TBSA is 2% to 35%. The control group only use arnebia oil and gauze to cover the wound. The treatment group use new moist dressing and arnebia oil to cover the wound Respectively statistic and compare the the wound healing time, the degree of pain, the treatment cost, scar growth after three months, the bacterial culture positive rate of basal secretions at different periods. Contrasting the two groups above by the statistical method and observing the clinical curative effect of new moist dressing treating degree burn wounds. ⅡResults Using SPSS17.0 software to conduct date processing and statistical analysis, the results are as follows:(1) Each for superficial second degree and deep second degree burn wound, The time of wound healing of the treatment group were shorter than the control group. statistical difference is significant(P < 0.05);(2) the treatment group pain degree of changing dressing is lighter than the control group(P < 0.05);(3) The scar growth degree of 3 month after the wound healing is more serious than the treatment group, there is significant difference on statistic;(4) The per 1% cost of each superficial II degree and deep II degree using is lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05);(5)Two groups of deep II degree burn wound’s rate of bacteria infection have significant difference at the seventh day and the fourteenth day after treatment, the treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion With respect to the application of traditional oil dressing, new type moist dressing can shorten the wound healing time, reduce the degree of pain in patients when changing dressing, wound infection rate, scar growth after three months, saving the cost of treatment for patients. The integrated therapy effect for treatment of the II degree burns is more obvious than traditional treatment.
