Based on previous research work of others, we want to testify the difference among the toxicity of the heart, liver, and kidney to normal and kidney yang deficiency rats with aconite and its relevant with dried ginger, and radix peonies alba, and the toxicity is relative with symptoms and relevant, so that we can provide new gist to the new theory about "Toxicology in syndrome" and "Toxicology in compatibility"Methods:Study toxic effect of single herb decoction of aconite, its combined decoction with dried ginger, or radix Peonies Alba in normal rats and kidney yang deficiency rats, and all rats were fed for 2 weeks. After weighing and counting, rats were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group and model group, and then divided control group into blank group, aconite group, aconite’s combined group with dried ginger, and aconite’s combined group with radix Peonies Alba, and divided model group into kidney yang deficiency model group, aconite model group, aconite’s combined model group with dried ginger, aconite’s combined model group with radix Peonies Alba. Every group has 8 rats in it. According to the literature method, rats were given prednisolone acetate injection volume (10mg/kg) intramuscular injection for continuous 9 days in order to copy kidney yang deficiency model rats. The control groups were injected with sodium chloride instead. After success establishing of the kidney deficiency rats model, all rats except control group were gastric with respective decoctions (3g/100g/d) for 15 days. Control group and the model of kidney yang deficiency group were given the corresponding the physiological saline in same proportion. After killed the rats, test LDH (lactate dehydrogenase), CK (creatine kinase), ALT (alanine aminotransferase), AST (aspartate aminotransferase), BUN (blood urea nitrogen), Cr (creatinine) of every groups’rat by ultraviolet spectrophotometry in order to analyze the toxicity difference among aconite and its compatibility drug group on normal and kidney yang deficiency rats.Results:1.Administration on cardiac toxicity in rats showed that:①The single aconite group, aconite’s combined group with dried ginger, and aconite’s combined group with radix Peonies Alba compared with control group, the CK content in aconite’s combined group with radix Peonies Alba is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). ②The single aconite group, aconite’s combined group with dried ginger, and aconite’s combined group with radix Peonies Alba compared with kidney yang deficiency model group, the LDH content in aconite’s combined group with radix Peonies Alba is significantly higher than model group(P<0.05).2.Drug toxicity on rat liver showed that: ①The single aconite group, aconite’s combined group with dried ginger, and aconite’s combined group with radix Peonies Alba compared with control group, they all have no toxicity in liver. ②The single aconite group, aconite’s combined group with dried ginger, and aconite’s combined group with radix Peonies Alba compared with kidney yang deficiency model group, the LAST content in aconite’s combined group with radix Peonies Alba is significantly higher than model group(P<0.05).3.Drug toxicity on renal toxicity in rats showed that: ①The single aconite group, aconite’s combined group with dried ginger, and aconite’s combined group with radix Peonies Alba compared with control group, the BUN content in aconite’s combined group with radix Peonies Alba is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). ②t The single aconite group, aconite’s combined group with dried ginger, and aconite’s combined group with radix Peonies Alba compared with control group, they all have no toxicity in kidney.Conclusion:1.The toxic indexes are abnormal when acted single aconite and aconite’s combination decoction with dried ginger group drug effects on normal rats and no abnormal when acted on kidney deficiency model group. This testified the rationality of dialectical toxicology.2.To kidney yang deficiency model group rats, the toxic indexes show no abnormal when given aconite’s combined group with dried ginger and the toxic indexes shows abnormal when given aconite’s combined group with radix Peonies Alba.3.Part of the toxic indexes increase when aconite is combined radix Peonies Alba, and the mechanism still need to do further study.These shows, different syndrome model has difference to the same kind of drug’s toxicity. When the drug is combined with other drugs, the toxicity will change even to the same syndrome animal model. Chinese drugs’toxicity is associated with its compatibility.
