| Objective:To investigate the effect of the Shen Huang fumigation prescription in promoting wound healing after operation of anal fistula type.Methods:According to the case selection criteria to select 60 cases of anal fistula, they were divided into 2 groups, each of a cure Decoction (treatment group) and potassium permanganate (control group) included 30 cases,and the patients in the treatment group were given a more soup fumigation, once a day,14 days for a course of treatment; the patients in the control group were given potassium permanganate solution (1:5000) fumigation, once a day,14 days for a course of treatment. On days 2,7,14 after operation,the wound area, feel pain, tissue form, wound secretions, wound healing time were record and scored respectively.Result:1.Compared within the two groups:After treatment,the wound pain,wound exudating and wound granulation tissue growth both of the two groups had significant difference(P< 0.05);Compared between the two groups,2 days after operation,wound pain,wound exudating and wound granulation tissue growth had no significant difference(P>0.05);With significant difference(P<0.05),wound pain and wound exudating and wound granulation tissue growth of the treatment groups were lower than that of the comparison group on days 7,14.2.The wound healing rate:On days 7,14 after operation,the wound healing rate of the two groups had the significant difference (P<0.05);Compared between two group,wound healing rate of the treatment groups were higher than that of the comparison group on days 7,14 after operation,which had the significant difference(P<0.05).3.The wound healing time:wound healing time of the treatment group 15-28days, the average wound healing time was 17.73±2.599days; the comparison group, the wounds healed Tang time 16-32 days, the average wound healing time was 20.62±3.820 days. The average wound healing time of the two groups was statistically significant difference (P< 0.05), the treatment group was better than the comparison group.4.The symptoms and signs of the two groups disappeared after treatment, the total clinical efficacy was 100%.There was no significant difference in the total curative effect between the two groups.5. No obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups during the course of the drug administration.Conclusion:It was found that the Shen Huang Fumigation prescription had obviously heat dampness, scattered nodes analgesic effect through clinical research, could obviously alleviate wound pain after operation of anal fistula, reduced wound secretion, promoted the growth of granulation tissue, improved the quality of wound healing and shorten the wound healing time.
