| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and drug safety of Qingxiao External Washing Prescription fumigation and sitting bath in the treatment of postoperative wound healing of low simple anal fistula with syndrome of downward transmission of damp-heat.MethodsA total of 88 patients with low simple anal fistula diagnosed by the Department of Anorectal of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 20,2020 to December 20,2020.They were divided into treatment group(n=44)and control group(n=44)by SPSS20.0 software.The treatment group was given Qingxiao External Washing Prescription fumigation sitting bath,and the control group was given potassium permanganate solution fumigation sitting bath.The patients in the two groups were given medicine before dressing change every day,once in the morning and evening,and then fumigated in the outpatient clinic every day after discharge,and changed dressing,once in the morning and evening,continuously for 21 days.The wound area,healing rate and pain were recorded before treatment(on the same day after operation),7th,14 th and 21 st day after operation.The granulation growth of wounds on the 14 th and 21 st days after operation was recorded.The total days of hospitalization and the final time of wound healing were recorded.The data was analyzed by statistical software SPSS20.0.ResultsThis study included 88 inpatients with low simple anal fistula diagnosed by Anorectal Department of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020.81 patients completed clinical observation and were included in statistics.There were 2 cases of shedding in the treatment group and 5 cases in the control group,and the total shedding rate was about 7.95%.Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in sex,age,pain score and wound area between the two groups,and the study was comparable.The results are as follows:1.Wound area and wound healing rate: there were significant differences in wound area and healing rate between the two groups on the 7th,14 th and 21 st day after operation(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.2.Granulation growth of wound: there was a significant difference in granulation growth between the two groups on the 14 th and 21 st day after operation(P<0.05).The improvement of granulation growth in the treatment group was a significantly better than that in the control group.3.Wound pain score: there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in wound pain on the same day after operation(P>0.05).However,on the 7th and 14 th day after operation,there was a statistically significant difference in wound pain(P<0.05).And there was no significant difference in wound pain on the 21 st day(P>0.05).4.Total hospitalization days: the average total hospitalization days in the treatment group was 9±1.414 days,and the average total hospital stay in the control group was12±1.606 days.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the total hospital stay in the treatment group was significantly shorter In the control group.5.Postoperative wound healing time: the healing time in the treatment group was in the range of 17 to 30 days,and the average healing time was 23.17±3.003 days.The healing time of the control group was in the range of 19 to 35 days,and the average healing time was27±3.627 days.The wound healing time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).6.Overall curative effect: the overall curative effect after 21 days of treatment,the cure rate of the treatment group was 85.71%,and the effective rate was 100%,while that the control group was 61.54%,and the effective rate was 100%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.One week after stopping medication,the cure rate was 95.24% in the treatment group and 76.92% in the control group.There was a significant difference in the overall curative effect between the two groups(P<0.05).It shows that Qingxiao External Washing Prescription is effective and can effectively promote wound healing.Conclusion1.Qingxiao External Washing Prescription fumigation and sitting bath can significantly promote wound healing in patients with low simple anal fistula with syndrome of downward transmission of damp-heat,especially in promoting wound granulation growth and shortening wound healing time.At the same time,it can also significantly reduce postoperative pain.2.There have been on skin allergy and other adverse reactions when Qingxiao External Washing Prescription fumigation sitting bath in clinical application.Its safety was good. |
