Chinese Idioms is an important part of vocabulary, it comes from People’s daily life, andaccumulates from thousand of Chinese traditional culture. Idioms is one of the part thatshould not be neglected if you want to really master Chinese.International students are interest in it in the process of using phrases, but they also findit’s hard to understand and master. Yet at present, idioms research have not completelyunification, and also have not connect with teaching chinese as a foreign language Therefore,the work of teaching chinese as a foreign language with idioms need more further research.This article starts from the view of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, analysis thecharacteristics of idioms ontology and summarizes the flexible method of application in theprocess of using and idiom groups, which aims to explore more practical methods of teachingChinese as a foreign language. At the same time, this article is also based on thepredecessorsexperience of teaching Chinese as a foreign language to explore the key point, difficult pointand teaching strategy.
