Nowadays, in calling for "education powers", education will undoubtedlybecome a hot spot in the country and the society, given a high priority. With highscores and low abilities, an increasing phenomenon of Juvenile delinquencyincreasingly serious, the social focus gradually shifted to the school mental healthclass.This study was a practical exploration of a high school mental health class inLanzhou city. In view of the problems existing in the traditional mental health class:1.The student main body status is not outstanding, no input in the class;2. Lack ofinteraction and communication between teachers and students;3. The effect ofclassroom education cannot receive timely feedback;4. The experience teachingcontent is not deep, impact time is short. Under the school arrangements, courses in anew practice Drama in Education, DIE is the combination of drama and education,using dramatic elements, techniques, methods to educate, its ultimate goal foreducation.In the first, this study was analyzed the feasibility of the application of DIE in theschool mental health class, according to the problem of the mental health class, basedon the theory of DIE, designed three themes:"environmental protection","parenthood" and " blindly follow the trend ". Then through three themes in practicecurriculum development to verify the DIE can improve the problems of mental healthclass. From the perspective of the feedback information of sharing stage, threepractices achieved some positive results in the class. Based on the results of students’classroom performance and after-class interview information analysis, DIE in theschool mental health class has a very good teaching effect, effectively solve the fourproblems existing in the classroom, can be replicated and carried out in the school.This study made an analysis and reflection of high school mental health class inthe light of theories of DIE, hoping to provide some references for high school mentalhealth teachers.
