| Recently, more and more people focus on the mental health problems of the middle school students. Since mental health education in China started relatively late, over the years, our country has attached great importance to adolescents’mental health education. In the "primary and middle school mental health education guidelines (revised in2012)" issued by the ministry of education, different target is proposed between economically developed areas with others like large and medium-sized city. We default to get that there are differences between more developed regions with less developed areas over the mental health education. But lacking of understanding about the school mental health education level of ethnic minorities, even being blank about the junior high school mental health education of the ethnic minorities in Xiangxi, and not clear about whether there is any difference with developed areas, so the problems above are the key for study.Through "primary and secondary schools quantitative evaluation table" wrote by Zhao Xingwan, the study does research in the differences of junior high school mental health education between Xiangxi area and Changsha area and supplement the "effect" of evaluation system through "Mental Health Inventroy of Middle-school students, MMHI-60" wrote by Wang Jisheng. The study adopted SPSS16.0to analyze data and draw the conclusion which is that the level of junior high school mental health education in Xiangxi areas is significantly lower than that of the Changsha area.(1) In the aspect of organization and management, there are no significant differences in the level of middle school mental health education between Xiangxi and Changsha;(2) In the aspect of hardware facilities, the level of middle school mental health education in Xiangxi area is significantly lower than that of Changsha area;(3) In the aspect of team construction, the level of middle school mental health education in Xiangxi area is significantly lower than that of Changsha area;(4) In the aspect of implementation of the content, the level of middle school mental health education in Xiangxi area is significantly lower than that of Changsha area;(5) In the aspect of ways of implementation, the level of middle school mental health education in Xiangxi area is significantly lower than that of Changsha area;(6) In the aspect of effect, the level of middle school mental health education in Xiangxi area is significantly lower than that of Changsha area.Based on the above, the research puts forward the suggestions about development of mental health education of the school in Xiangxi area:firstly, set up a shared psychological consulting center in the field or regional school and equipping with the psychological health education of hardware facilities, under the active support of education department; secondly, through the recruitment of professional psychological teachers and encouraging the existing license subject teachers to get professional qualification, strengthen the construction of the mental health education teachers;thirdly, under the premise that equipped with psychological teachers, reasonably take use of the existing curriculum to establish mental health tutorial under the premise of striving not to increase the burden of students, and make full use of parent-teacher association and other platform to vigorously promote the mental health knowledge in parents. |
