The thesis consists of four parts, namely, the source text,Globalization, the challenge of educational synchronization andteacher education, the Chinese version translated by the writer,task description, procedure description and case analysis. Byanalyzing the challenge that globalizing synchronization presentsfor education, especially in teacher education, the original writerof source text intends to state the possible ways in dealing withthe challenge from the major prospective of globalization. And thetranslation of such an informative text is of great significanceto the translators because it helps them deepen their understandingof translation theories as well as improving their translationskills.Based on the source text, the translation report brieflyintroduces the complement of the translation task. There are fourmajor parts in the report: task description, procedure description,case analysis and summary&conclusion. The first two parts givean overall introduction of the task; case analysis is the essenceof this report, including the characteristics of the resource textand the translation strategies, with the practice in the process;and the last part focuses on errors and problems analysis appearedin the translation commitment.
