It is an essential condition for moderate working Pressure to be carried out to maintain the normal work. But the work stress with too strong to carry out long duration can lead to physical and mental disorders and produce adverse physiological reactions, emotion, behavior and other aspects in turn affect their mental health. While lawyers, as a high pressure, high-risk industry which is bound to impact on their physical and mental health. due to the high pressure of work, especially newly recruited a new lawyer, who faces career, family and so many pressures. Their mental health should concern us. Therefore, the text is combined with the current social background, based on researching lawyers’mental health and working pressure, and putting forward to related research about the working pressure and mental health of young people just entering the legal profession lawyers. The characteristic is spotted working pressure undertaken by the current new recruits lawyers and the influential degree of mental health itself, which not only has an important significance for mental health researching lawyers but also allows young lawyers to understand their own industrious characteristics better. On one hand, they can learn to resolve the conflicts among all the aspects of work reasonably and reduce the impact of excessive work pressure, brought about by their own mental health. On the other hand, it also has significance of higher constructiveness for the maintenance of stability and development of China’s judicial ranks.In the text the form about work stress scale and scl-90mental health self-assessment is adopted to conduct a survey of young lawyers for the new recruit’s lawyers aiming at402young lawyers newly taken in by Hebei province. The result shows that.1. New recruits lawyers feel working pressure score3Points which is higher than the average scores in theory. So the working pressure of new recruits lawyers is relatively large.2. The male lawyers of the new recruits think that the working pressure is higher than female lawyers. Married lawyers feel that the work stress is strikingly higher than unmarried lawyers. The lawyers below the age of30believe that the pressure of cognition is remarkably greater than the lawyers aged over40. From the working background and the pressure of atmosphere, the lawyers, over the age of40, feel that the working background and atmosphere are the greatest pressure. 3. New recruits lawyers, generally speaking, have good mental health. Male lawyers score higher than female lawyers in human relationship and paranoia on two factors. Unmarried lawyers score significantly higher than those of married lawyers in interpersonal relation factor. The lawyers below the age of30score higher than the other two groups remarkably in the force and interpersonal factors.4. The mental health of new recruits lawyers and the work stress perceived are significantly related to working pressure and self-development, working endogenous stress, organizational stress. interpersonal stress and the pressure of career development etc. The five factors play a marked role of prediction in mental health.
