Reseach Of Consonant System In Lv Jing’s YunJi

YunJi is one of the earliest vowel books of China and has a epoch-crossing value in the whole linguistic history, which was written by Lv Jing in Jin dynasty. It’s a great pity that the original script has been lost long before. Tang dynasty HuiLin used a lot of tangential of YunJi while writing YiQieJingYinYi, Hu Jixuan made exhaustive search of tangential in YuPian JiaoShi. With the method of literature review method and statistic data method, this paper makes a conclusion of the tangential number of YunJi in YuPian JiaoShi, it reaches to6835, and there are also290phonetic ones. With the method of tangential link method and tangential comparison method, this paper can summarize the consonant system and its features by analyzing the initial-word of tangential in YunJi. Meanwhile, according to Lv Jing’s living region, we can get the dialectic of consonant system in YunJi and its great value to the later research of ancient phonology.We can find the characeristics of the38vowels by means of relating method and statistical method. In labial aspect,Lv Jing YunJi has made links among the four labial, which named Bang,Pang,Bing,Ming,and there was a trend that some light labial was gradually differentiated from heavy labial.In lingual aspect,Lv Jing YunJi has made a link among the eight lingual vowels,with Zhi,Che,Cheng,Niang divided from Duan,Tou,Ding,Ni.In the Tooth throat aspect,teeth and throat mixed with each other either because of retaining the ancient pronunciation or the regional dialect.In dental aspect,YunJi has set apparent lines among each dental,there is only a little mixed phenomenon that was caused of individual dialect.
