"Xing Li Daquan" also called "Xing Li Daquan book", is a highly influential book, written and modified by Hu Guang, Yang Rong and Jin Youzi in the Ming Dynasty. This paper base on comprehensive summary and selective reference, mainly from the following three aspects:the birth of "Xing Li Daquan ", the publication status of Xing Li Daquan " in the Chosun Dynasty and the existing situation of "Xing Li Daquan" published in the Chosun period, digestion and absorption status of "Xing Li Daquan" in the Chosun Dynasty. Through these three discusses aspect to do an acomprehensive study on the acceptance of "Xing Li Daquan" in the Chosun Dynasty."Xing Li Daquan" include many masterpieces and views of Song Dynasty Confucians.It’s very easy to find out trace of Zhu Xi Neo-Confucianism from content and style of "Xing Li Daquan". The list of Confucians surname is about120, and the Chen Zhu Confucians accounted for more than half of the list. The views of "Xing Li Daquan " come from the doctrine of Zhu Xi disciples. The promulgation of "Xing Li Daquan " shows that dominant position of Chen Zi and Zhu Xi Neo-Confucianism.The Chosun Dynasty regarded the Neo-Confucianism as important. So shortly after the "Xing Li Daquan " was introduced to the Korean, it is printed repeatedly and mainly concentrated on Korea Sejong, Jungjong, Myeongjong years. At first, the "Xing Li Daquan" was issued by official and later with the increased demand on the "Xing Li Daquan", it is beganing to be printed by private. Therefore, compared to typography edition and manuscripts, the woodcut edition played a bigger role in the process of "Xing Li Daquan’"s dissemination and popularizatioa "Xing Li Daquan" had multiple versions and be printed many times, this phenomenon reflected the importance of "Xing Li Daquan" in the progress of Neo-Confucianism. This phenomenon also reflected the cultural exchanges between China and South Korea.The Chosun Dynasty taked a variety of ways to accept "Xing Li Daquan", including the applications of "Xing Li Daquan", compile the emphasis of "Xing Li Daquan", and the Chosun Dynasty scholars done a lot of work to accept "Xing Li Daquan"."Xing Li Daquan" is used to be the teaching materials of college.
