Synonyms’ teaching has been the key points in teaching Chinese as a foreignlanguage for a long time. This thesis based on the relevant contents of contextteaching, to research the role in teaching synonyms.This thesis sorting out the research situation in China and abroad about thecontext theory, and combined with the research of Chinese synonyms, defines thecontext of the synonym teaching Chinese as a foreign language com position,classification of synonyms, the context into language context and non-languagefactors of context, language context factors including context and language after the"preface", non-linguistic context including the social factors, role context fact orscontext and cultural context; and synonyms Including absolute synonyms and relativesynonyms, this paper mainly discusses the relative synonyms, and relatively synonymdiscrimination standards include lexical meaning, grammatical meaning and colormeaning. On this basis, respectively, in the context of a different type and differenttypes of clues, system analysis, discusses the related errors and the teaching method.On the choice of materials, according to the outline of Chinese proficiency test(HSK) vocabulary and Beijing language and culture university HSK dynamiccomposition corpus,300groups of use frequency is high, prone to errors of synonymgroups, with these phrases as the research object, respectively from the perspective oflinguistic context and non-linguistic factors of context, combined with the Beijinglanguage and culture university HSK dynamic composition corpus of synonymlanguage errors in the Treasury, to compare the detailed analysis of the errors, toexplore the relationship between different contexts and teaching Chinese as a foreignlanguage.About the teaching methods, based on the analysis of the errors, discusses theapplication of context in teaching Chinese as a foreign language area and the uniquerole, the teaching methods and techniques, and on this basis, the design of severalgroups of typical cases, and hoped to theory applies to practice, the research resultsinto teaching practice.
