In modern society, the competition is very fierce.An enterprise wants to remain invincible in the industry,only to improve its economic benefits.In the final analysis is to improve imployee performance.Employee performance is mainly composed of two parts:task performance and contextual performance.This paper mainly revolves around this one dimension of contextual performance. In particular, to research the relationship between psychological contract,organizational commitment and contextual performance.This study is divided into two times to carry out, the initial test and the formal test.Through initial test to revise the questionnaire,which is more in line with China’s national conditions.In the formal test,the effective questionnaire is332.SPSS16.0software is used for questionnaire reliability test, the T test and variance analysis of variable dimensions in demographic variables,correlation analysis between each dimension,collinearity diagnosis,regression analysis and inspection of accommodated effect;AMOS17.0software is used for data validity test.Research shows that psychological contract,organizational commitment and contextual performance dimensions reached statistically significant.Gender has significant differences in this dimension of transactional contract and marital status has significant differences in these dimensions of transactional contracts,relational contracts,interpersonal facilitation job dedication..Cultural degree and work years have no significant differences in all dimensions. And through the accommodated effect inspection found that organizational commitment play a accommodated effect between psychological contract and contextual performance;(1)Affective commitment play a complete accommodated effect between transactional contracts and interpersonal facilitation;(2)Continuance commitment play a partial accommodated effect between transactional contracts and interpersonal facilitation;(3)Affective commitment play a partial accommodated effect between transactional contracts and job dedication;(4)Affective commitment play a partial accommodated effect between relational contracts and job dedication;(5)Continuance commitment play a partial accommodated effect between transactional contracts and job dedication.
