As the development of overall national strength, China plays an indispensable role in international society and there emerges a Chinese fever in the world. As intercultural teaching, Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language (TCFL) includes both language teaching and culture teaching. The effect of language teaching is directly affected by the cultural teaching. In order to improve culture teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, must pay attention to the special cultural courses and related research. Chinese culture broad and profound, diet culture has a long history of cover and contain everything. The culture of Sichuan food has its unique charm. At present, research on cultural teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language is relatively small, there is few research concerning about the culture of Sichuan food curriculum teaching design. Based on the related theory of teaching design research, culture teaching in TCFL design research and its culture on the basis of the study, through literature analysis, research methods of induction method and so on, according to the specific situation of the teaching object, teaching based on the principles of scientific, design a variety of content of teaching. To visit the Museum of Sichuan as an example, the practical teaching of system design, hoping to develop a practical significance for culture teaching in TCFL papers.
