In teaching Chinese as a foreign language, language teaching and culture teaching are inseparable, Culture teaching is an important part of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. But all the time, in the development process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, researching of culture teaching is relatively few. Until in recent years, the importance of culture teaching is becoming more and more prominent. Culture teaching is affected by the learners’Chinese level and restriction. In different stages of learning, importing different cultural content appropriately that is beneficial to language teaching smoothly. Culture teaching of Chinese as a foreign language is helpful to cultivate students’ability of cross-culture communication, It also can solve international student’s confusion and resistance of Chinese culture in reality. Appropriate cultural teaching in class, not only can stimulate the enthusiasm of students in class and can improve the communication in the language expression ability.In the light of the students of middle and high stage of Chinese as a foreign language of culture teaching, Such as common vulgar culture in traditional Chinese festivals design the class of Chinese as a foreign language. The main teaching concept is:teaching describing, teaching contents, teaching principles, teaching mode. In order to design lesson plans better, author design questionnaire survey about customs for foreign students as well as detailed analysis of the questionnaire. Considering the Chinese level of foreign students, choosing middle/senior students as research object. The focus of this article is a cultural project lesson plan design, to research festival vulgar culture. Analysis of holiday and festival vulgar culture characteristics, introduces the meaning and application emphatically in the festival of Chinese culture, combined with the actual situation of Chinese design culture teaching. Finally, according to teaching plans, proposing scheme of teaching reflection, teacher requirements, culture teaching Suggestions. Through culture teaching courses for students, let them master words in the festival and cultural background. To make students further understand the broad and profound Chinese traditional festival culture.
