The Appliance Of Western Instrumental Training Mode To The Performance Art Of Erhu

Mr. Liu Tianhua did develop erhu as a solo instrument during the early20th century. Since then, erhu has become one of the most representative instruments in the contemporary Chinese national music, and has gradually spread throughout the world.Erhu technique is rapidly growing with the music works. Therefore, it is extremely important to establish a scientific way of playing and teaching training system.This dissertation is focused on how to apply the advanced western instrumental training mode to the performance art of modern erhu. The writer tries to make a prospective study combining her learning and practical experience.
