The Influence Of Interpersonal Skills On Interpersonal Satisfaction Of High School Students

Interpersonal satisfaction is the judgments when people evaluate their relations with others. Interpersonal skills are the agreeable behaviors what make others and themselves pleased. In order to develop a plan which is useful to improve the interpersonal satisfaction of high school students, the study conducted a group counseling intervention with a randomly selected sample of38high school students who came from the same class. And at the same time, anther class was selected randomly as the control group whom was taught common sense of psychology. After six weeks, the findings of the research could be summarized as follows:1. The intervention improved students’communicational skills and adaptive skills.2. The intervention improved girls’emotional skills.3. The intervention improved supportive skills.4. The intervention had a good effect on girls’positive satisfaction and overall satisfaction.5. The intervention had a good effect on native students’positive satisfaction and overall satisfaction.
