High school students as a special age group, in the face of heavy course load at the same time there is a confusion in interpersonal communication. Although eager to communicate with people, but due to their physiological and psychological characteristics in interpersonal frustrating, so how to high school students interpersonal intervention has become the urgent need of research problems.Group sand play therapy group as a psychological treatment of assistive technology in both theory and practice has gained great development and progress, this paper studies on the condition of high school psychology class, choose high school students interpersonal psychological counseling as group sand tourism research and application of the verification forms of psychological counseling group sand effect and advantages of swimming.Research results show that:1. Group spontaneous sand therapy can improve team cohesion, can strengthen the interaction between the members of the communication.2. Interpersonal special counseling can effectively enhance the level of high school students interpersonal relationships.3. The sand treatment for high school students interpersonal intervention is superior to the level of interpersonal special tutoring.Thus, in order to more effectively promote the development of mental health education of primary and middle school students, school should improve their mental health education mode and education methods, effective use of group psychological counseling activities, sand play therapy such as easier to accept students, more interesting way.
