Firstly,I made a literature review on interpersonal relationship and well-being from home and abroad. On the basis of which,I investigate 273 students of grade 10 in a high school of Jiangxi province by Interpersonal Relationship Integrative Diagnostic Scale and Multiple Happiness Questionnaire,in order to study the current status of interpersonal relationship and well-being of high school student,as well as the relationship between the two. Then,according to the measuring result, fourteen students were selected to receive group counseling eight weeks on interpersonal relationship. I explored the impact of interpersonal relationship group counseling on the well-being levels of high school students through pre- and post-test results and their interview materials.The results showed that:(1) Students who are suffering severe distress in interpersonal relationship account for 12.1% of the total respondents,and students who are suffering a certain degree of distress in interpersonal relationship account for 35.2% of the total respondents. Among the 4 dimensions of interpersonal relationship distress,students suffer most in the social intercourse dimension.(2) Subjective well-being,psychological well-being and multiple happiness of high school students are above the middle level,the mean of psychological well-being is the highest among the three.(3) Interpersonal problem and its 4 dimensions have significant negative correlation with subjective well-being,psychological well-being and multiple happiness of high school students respectively.The regression analysis result shows that: conversation problem and social intercourse problem can significantly predict subjective well-being;social intercourse problem,manner of dealing with people problem and heterosexual intercourse problem can significantly predict psychological well-being; and the 4 dimensions of interpersonal relationship can significantly predict multiple happiness.(4) The result of group counseling reveals that the aggregate score and 4dimensions scores of interpersonal relationships decreased,the aggregate and social intercourse scores changed significantly. Social intercourse dimension changed most,manner of dealing with people changed least. Scores of subjective well-being,psychological well-being and multiple happiness all increased,and all had significant difference,Psychological well-being changed most.In the last,combining with the discussion on research results,I put forward of suggestions on school psychological health education.
