Interpersonal relationship, psychological well-being, learning engagement are the main contents of senior high school student’s study and life. Interpersonal relationship is important to high school students’achievement of learning and life goals, Psychological well-being and higher learning engagement are the goals of the students’growth, the ideal condition of learning activities includes full enthusiasm,positive condition and meaningful learning,which reflects the individual potential and self-worth.Under the background of advocating quality-oriented education and students’ comprehensive healthy development, and within the initial stage of College Entrance Examination system reform, what are the new features of senior high school student’s interpersonal relationship, psychological well-being and learning engagement? And what’s the relationship among the three factors of senior high school students?This research chose one key senior high school and one regular senior high school, three grades of each school were chose two classes in each grade and 990 students in total as the objects of study with the method of stratified sampling. I used the 《Learning Engagement Scale》、《Interpersonal Relationship Integrative Diagnostic Scale》、《Ryff Psychological Well-being Scale》 to make the investigation, and used SPSS21.0 to make data statistics and analysis.Main Consequences of the Research:(1) The overall level of senior high school student’s interpersonal relationship and learning engagement is well; The overall level of senior high school student’s psychological well-being is in the middle. The examination to human demography variable and variance analysis showed that, ①in sex, opposite-sex communication factors’ level was remarkable, boy students are higher than girls; in grade, conversation factors level was remarkable, the new students are higher than the graduates.②In grades, schools, genders and whether the only child, the overall level of senior high school student’s psychological well-being showed significant difference; Graduates higher than the second grade students and new students, new students higher than the second grade students, ordinary high school above key high school, boys than girls, only children above not only children. In genders, the overall level of psychological well-being’s remarkable difference comes from autonomy, life goals and self-acceptance; In being the only child, the overall level of psychological well-being’s difference apparently comes from autonomy. ③In human demography variable, the overall level’s differences of senior high school student’s learning engagement and other factors’ are not remarkable, which means all students take learning as the main activity of life and actively take part in.(2) There is no remarkable relationship between the overall level of senior high school student’s interpersonal relationship and the overall level of psychological well-being, but opposite-sex communication and life goals’remarkable positive correlation makes opposite-sex communication and the overall level of psychological well-being the remarkable positive correlation. High school students overall level of interpersonal and learning into overall level significantly negative correlation, can explain the variance of learning into 10.5%. The overall level of senior high school student’s interpersonal relationship and learning engagement has no remarkable correlation,but personal growth and dedication and concentration factors has remarkable positive correlation.
