Achievement testing is an effective way to test the teaching effects, inspect the design of the syllabus and to test the teaching material write. It is also an important link of the curriculum decision and the teaching organization. Speaking teaching has the decisive role to the speaking test, and speaking test will in turn affect speaking teaching. Task-based language teaching has become the mainstream teaching mode of the second language teaching, and the corresponding speaking achievement test also arises at the historic moment. The task-based language teaching and task-based test is also based on this theory that rose by the application of linguistic "The end of the21st century is called the ’Task Time’ in the applied linguistics". Task-based speaking achievement test is mainly aimed on the syllabus, is to investigate the speaking communication ability.This paper mainly comprises five parts:Introduction Discussions focusing on topic selection basis, research significance, overview of the task-based Chinese speaking achievement test and the main contents, approaches and characteristics of searches in the paper are made.Chapter1Summary of the task-based Chinese speaking achievement testChapter2The overall design of the task-based Chinese speaking achievement test This chapter focuses on the aim, object, principle, implement and the standard for evaluation of the task-based Chinese speaking achievement testChapter3The test design of the "Short-term Spoken Chinese (Elementary)" The chapter focuses on this textbook for a proposition design of the task-based Chinese speaking achievement testChapter4The review and feedback of the test design This chapter mainly focus on the survey of questionnaire and interview of the three sets of papers above and get the reviews and feedbacksChapter5Conclusion Draw a conclusion of the researches in the paper and point out the insufficiencies, and look forward to new findings in the task-based Chinese speaking achievement test.
