ABB is a typical type of state adjectives, it is a vivid forms of adjectives. Thiskind of words is one of the difficult points of Chinese as a foreign languagevocabulary teaching. State adjectives of ABB type, more colloquial, but words arevague, although Chinese learners want to use this kind of words to express ideas inthe daily communication, but more often is ambiguity. The reason is, in the past,people did not find a precise definition of teaching state scientific method. Accordingto Aristotle’s classical categorization theory, this paper induces the status worddescribing category, according to the semantic characteristics of the state adjectives,find meaning of state adjectives of ABB type, the analysis method of the structure.The state adjectives of ABB type, always very seriously, but most studies focuson the grammatical level, not related to the meaning of teaching Chinese as a foreignlanguage structure analysis. We believe that although there are national languageform, but have in common, semantic logic state adjectives of ABB type should becombined with semantic logic commonness of different ethnic groups, and to analyzethe structure and semantic characteristics, so that learners clear meaning structure,avoid the fuzziness of word meaning comprehension obstacles, improve the accuracyof understand and use.In this paper, by investigating the "modern Chinese dictionary"(6th edition),included221state adjectives of ABB type, based on the record the entries anddefinitions, combined with the characteristics of vocabulary teaching Chinese as aforeign language, intends to analyze from the perspective of semantic structure, andputs forward the corresponding teaching Suggestions. Full text is divided into thefollowing part:The first chapter is the introduction part, elaborated this article research purposeand significance, literature review, research scope and research method.The second chapter is grammatical features part of state adjectives of ABB type,mainly from the forms, syntactic function and the different grammatical differences,grammar characteristics and nature of adjectives from several aspects, such as state adjectives of ABB type, the grammatical features are explained briefly.The third chapter is the state adjectives of ABB type, the semantic characteristicsof the part, is the focus of this article. A total of five sections in this chapter, the firstsection of the state adjectives of ABB type, four semantic features; Illustrate meaningcategory in the second quarter, the meaning of ABB category and other four kinds ofsemantic category; The third section describes the meaning of word meaningstructure, ABB and other structural meaning of four types of structure; The fourthsection of ABB morpheme analysis of righteousness; The fifth section of A and BBfour kinds of semantic relations.The fourth Chapter is the state adjectives of ABB type, the pragmatic features ofparts, separately from the applicable objects, the evaluation of righteousness, stylistic,three aspects.The fifth chapter is part of the state adjectives of ABB type, teaching Chinese asa foreign language, mainly inspects the Chinese proficiency vocabulary and gradeoutline Chinese characters and the development of Chinese comprehensive teachingmaterial in the intermediate state of ABB type, analysis of semantic structure, andputs forward Suggestions on teaching material writing and teaching, the teaching caseto show.The last part is the conclusion, the conclusion of this research and theinsufficiency.
