Research On Design Project Management

After a certain stage of design development, design management gradually gotpeople’s attention.Design project management is one of the design managementcontent. In a lot of design management, project management is the core of designmanagement.However, project management differs because of different characteristicsand brands of enterprises.“6cn” project design and management is the case of thisstudy. By studying this case, we believe that design project management is asystematic project. It is a behavior, in which the team of designers, engineers,treasurers and clerks plan, organize, guide and control design project effectively. Bydesign process management with the core of design project, design projectmanagement rationally allocates design resources and optimizes design objectives.This paper starts from the concept of design project management. Then combinedwith the design project management case and the management process, on the basis offully analyzing establishment and operation of the design project, design project team,design project process and design project assessment, general rules of design projectmanagement and operational design and management method were put forward.
