Positive psychology is the end of the twentieth Century American contemporary well-known psychologist Martin Seligman (Martin E.P. Seligman) is a new trend of initiative, it is the vitality and virtue is devoted to the study of human science, advocating a positive frame of mind to the people of many psychological phenomena (including psychological problems) to make a new interpretation so as to stimulate people’s positive, inner strength and excellent quality, and use the positive power and excellent quality to help people with problems, ordinary people and has a certain talent maximally dig their potential and earn a good living. Catharsis is human life except eat and sleep outside every day to do, people need to vent the seven emotions and six sensory pleasures, the passions. The preschool children, the emotional, mental, spiritual, are in a critical period of development, changes in the expression of emotion, children’s psychology and the spirit of this era to release more need to have a correct and reasonable catharsis to radiate its vigor and vitality, the only way is more conducive to the formation of active sound personality. If the fight and suppression of preschool children catharsis, can make its develop bad habits, even distort the mind. In life, we often can see, a toy or something to eat in preschool children, parents do not allow, preschool children with parents crying like a baby, some parents twist but had to compromise and so on, in the face of things, preschool children continue to use crying way to obtain what you want, therefore, crying into the magic of preschool children, parents weakness; while some preschool children are not so lucky, the same is crying for parents coquetry, may be severely declined even beat, scold, roar, rude, and preschool children either learn to dare not speak, either to the parents and the same way to vent. These two cases we are unwilling to see, because of excessive crying, preschool children maltreatment catharsis is unfavorable to the development of their body and mind, and even to develop bad habits, such as never having repeatedly attempt suicide, or beatings, serious may end in tragedy. Therefore, we should grasp the key period of the habits and personality of preschool children develop education and self education for the. This research mainly adopts event sampling observation on preschool children’s catharsis was observed by C summary, the village of57pre-school children through observation, the classification of catharsis commonly used the cry out, running and jumping, as well as other catharsis. At the same time interviews of28preschool parents and C village kindergarten teacher interviews, and design a questionnaire to collect10preschool parents, through interview and questionnaire to understand the views of preschool parents and teachers for preschool children catharsis and coping styles, to understand their misunderstanding and confusion of preschoolers catharsis. And the use of positive psychology, characteristics, catharsis pre-school children from the formation mechanism, including the physiological mechanism, psychological mechanism and mental mechanism of preschool children catharsis, re analysis of pre-school children to give positive effect on the feasibility of positive transformation from positive psychology perspective, and then find the positive meaning of preschool children catharsis, put forward enlightenment of education corresponding positive role models from the cultivation of self cognitive ability, personality shaping of preschool children actively venting of preschool children preschool teachers and parents, three, to help children correct understanding, recognition and reasonable catharsis, thus forming a positive personality; helping preschool parents, teachers to understand children’s psychology, learn to take correct countermeasure, a correct view of catharsis and treat preschool children.Through the research, the author draws the following conclusions:first, preschool children catharsis both positive catharsis, song, dance, paintings said catharsis, also has the negative vent, such as crying, call, a catharsis; two, whether it is positive or negative vent, vent, are essential to human beings of the three, only the church; preschool children’s understanding, recognition, to choose their own catharsis, can better cultivate catharsis preschool children’s self cognitive ability and control ability, pay attention to their own parents, teachers teach by precept and example to at the same time, in order to achieve the ultimate goal to develop children’s good positive catharsis.Preschool children are the future of our country, is the hope of the family, healthy development of preschool children catharsis is related to their physical and mental attitude and method, and parents, teachers treat the catharsis of preschool children will affect their catharsis. Therefore, from the perspective of positive psychology of preschool children is to vent, preschool children (including the positive and negative catharsis catharsis catharsis) as the normal behavior of normal people, and to help the children, parents, teachers, preschool children correctly recognized the catharsis, and help to select reasonable catharsis of preschool children, correct, self cognition and regulation ability of preschool children to vent, inspire a positive force for preschool children inner and excellent quality, and use of these positive strength and excellent quality to help them maximize their potential and earn a good living.
