Job burnout is common in current employees a negative attitude,it has many bad influence to the enterprise, at the same time, influenced by many factors, among them, the staff is organization formed in the interaction process of inner cognitive and personality factors have important influence on job burnout.The discussion about the Intermediary role organizational commitment plays between psychological empowerment and job burnout enriches the study about organizational commitment and its impact, and the discussion about the life orientation between psychological empowerment and job burnout enriches the study of life orientation and its role, in particular deepens the understanding of the life orientation.it reveals the psychological authorization and job burnout of the relationship between internal mechanism.This study surveys employees in Beijing, tianjin and Hebei by questionnaire method.The result of confirmatory factor analysis by AMOS17.0proves that the questionnaire has good validity.The exploratory factor analysis by SPSS11.5was carried out on the questionnaire of life orientation inventory, found that there are two dimensions,The result of all the internal consistency by SPSS11.5proves that the questionnaire has good reliability.Data Analysis by SPSS demonstrates that:1. Demographic variables such as sex, marital status,working years and nature of unit, influenced psychological empowerment, organizational commitment, lift orientation and job burnout.2.The four dimensions of psychological empowerment and emotional exhaustion and disintegration of individual dimension of job burnout exists significant negative correlation, and job burnout of personal accomplishment dimension existed significant positive correlation. The four dimensions of psychological empowerment and most of the dimensions of organizational commitment have significant positive correlation; The meaning, autonomy, self-efficacy of psychological empowerment and optimism of life orientation has a significant positive correlation.The emotional exhaustion, depersonalization of burnout and The emotional commitment, normative commitment, ideal commitment, economic commitment of organizational commitment has a significant negative correlation, there exists a significant negative correlation with pessimism and emotional exhaustion, depersonalization; while personal achievement and these four dimensions of organizational commitment have a significant positive correlation pessimistic,and pessimism has a significant positive correlation.3.Organizational commitment mediates the relationship between psychological empowerment and job burnout. For instance, affective commitment and ideal commitment fully mediates the relationship between meaning and emotional exhaustion. Normative commitment and ideal commitment partly mediates the relationship between meaning and depersonalization.4.Life orientation moderates the relationship between psychological empowerment and job burnout. For instance, optimism has the week impact of meaning on emotional exhaustion, and meaning on depersonalization.
