BackgroundIn modern society, university or college students’love is not restricted. After entering the University, many people choose love as a "compulsory" elective course. However, under the impact of study, economy, employment and so on, undergraduates generally behave an immature love psychology. Many of them are not able to correctly handle the relationship between love and these aspects, which often leads to "self" and "others" and "cognition deviation" and "evaluation deviation", then triggered a series of love psychological problems. Therefore, from the view of adult attachment style and coping style to analyze college student’s psychological pressure source college student in love may make an important theoretical and practical significance.Objective1.To understand the mental pressure, adult attachment style and coping style of college student in love.2.To investigate the effects of adult attachment styles and coping styles of psychological pressure in college student which may indicate the realistic solution.MethodThe method of random cluster sampling was adopted. Students from Sanquan College, Xinxiang Medical University was regarded as the object of cluster stratification sampling. Two to three classes from each grade were sampled randomly. In total,760students in nine classes were tested. The students’average age was20.8, and the age ranged from19to23. All the students were tested with the College students love psychological pressure and Simple Coping style questionnaires. All the data were inputted and analyzed with the SPSS software. Results1.College students love psychology pressure with low voltage (0-45) and normal (45-75) level, In the adult attachment style, Closeness of the students、dependence、anxiety (t=-11.672, P=0.000; t=2.587, P=0.01; t=2.755, P=0.01; t=2.587, P=0.01) scores were significantly higher than the national norm, in close dependence composite (t=-5.510, P=0.000) dimension, the score was significantly lower than the national norm. In the coping styles, college student active coping scores were significantly lower than the national norm, negative coping scores were higher than those of the national norm(t=-19.941, P=0.000), The score of negative coping were significantly higher than the national norm(t=-52.804, P=0.000), The results were statistically significant.2.In different gender, related ability of college student (t=-3.390, P=0.001), personality (t=-2.590, P=0.010), mutual feelings (t=-2.030, P=0.043), value orientation (t=-2.311, P=0.021), close (t=5.600, P=0.000), anxiety (t=-2.174, P=0.030), close dependence composite dimension (t=3.769, P=0.000), negative coping (t=1.979, P=0.048) factor, significant differences. In the influence of family, love stress score, dependence and the positive response, no significant difference in different sex score, The results were statistically significant.3.In different professional sources, college students in the mutual feelings (t=-2.534, P=0.011) one, science students scored significantly higher than the score of the students of arts. The results were statistically significant.4.1n different family sources, college students in the family (t=2.102, P=0.036), personality (t=1.983, P=0.048), pressure (t=2.007, P=0.045), total love close (t=-3.229, P=0.001),(t=-2.0588, P=0.040), close dependence on composite dimension (t=-3.304, P=0.001), The results was statistically significant.5.1n the one-child, college students in close (t=2.633, P=0.009), dependent (t=2.633, P=0.009), only child scored significantly higher than none-only child. The difference was not statistically significant. 6.In different grades, college students on positive coping (F=3.851, P=0.009), negate-ve coping (F=4.084, P=0.007) and coping tendency (F=5.600, P=0.001), with significant difference score.7.In different love situation, personality traits of college student (F=7.902, P=0.000), mutual feelings (F=5.006, P=0.007), value orientation F=4.059, P=0.018),(F=3.545, P=0.029), total love pressure dependence (F=4.453, P=0.012), anxiety (F=11.312, P=0.000), close dependence composite dimension (F=3.567, P=0.029), negative coping (F=3.563, P=0.029) scores were significant difference.8.The correlation analysis showed that, a significant negative correlation emerged between the factor of different degrees of adult attachment style as close, dependence and close dependence and love psychological pressure, and a significant positive correlation with anxiety.9.Regression analysis results show the relevance between positive coping, negative coping and psychological pressure, among which significant correlation between love and psychological pressure had a significant negative correlation, positive correlation with negative coping love psychological pressure.Conclusions1.The results of this study show that remarkable differences of psychological pressure exist among students of different families and different love conditions in college student, adult attachment style have significant differences in gender, family origin, relationship status, coping style had significant differences in different grades.2.The adult attachment style and the three college students love exists significant negative correlation between psychological stress, and coping styles and the three college students love no significant relationship between psychological pressure.3.The adult attachment style of the three college students love psychological pressure have significant prediction effect.
