"Seventeen Years" Chinese Contemporary Art Policy Research

"Seventeen Years"（1949-1966） on the eve of the founding of the literature is aspecial period of Chinese contemporary literature Communist Party of China held theAll-China Federation of Literary and Art Circles in Peking， the General Assemblyestablished the Mao Zedong，" Speech at the Yan’an Forum on Literature " for the generalprinciple of literary and artistic work， services for the general task of the workers. Thisindicates that China ’s literary work officially entered a new stage of socialist revolution andsocialist construction. In1956Mao Zedong proposed the Hundred Flowers double hundredpolicy， can freely discuss different genres， different styles can develop freely， creatingfavorable conditions for the liberation of literary thought， prosperity and literature. Afterthe anti-rightist movement and hit the rectification movement， the new Chinese arts policyrigid literary silence， completely above the political literature. Faced with this dilemma，the CPC Central Committee and promptly correct the ultra-leftist line， intellectuals hat，recovery position and encourage intellectuals to carry forward the personality freely.In this thesis，"Seventeen Years" arts policy as a starting point， based on the textreading， combined with the large number of historical data in order to analyze thedialectical point of view，" Seventeen Years" art based policy formulation， developmentand evolution of its characteristics of Chinese contemporary art policy， meaning andreflection.The paper is divided into four chapters， the first chapter analyzes were "SeventeenYears" arts policy and cultural background， realistic background and theoretical basis. Thesecond chapter discusses the " Hundred Flowers " Anti-Rightist Campaign， the rectificationmovement and the "art of eight，" the formulation and adjustment policies. The third chapteranalyzes the Seventeen Years’ Literary policy and political relationship with the dollar， asthe workers directional service to the popular literature of practical features. Chapter IVrespectively， from the sublime to the mainstream art style and aesthetic grasp， literary artsshould respect its own laws， a new era of exploration party’s arts policy formulated byreference to discuss three aspects of meaning "Seventeen Years " literary policy.In summary， the "Seventeen Years" as a literary arts policy phase of the specialperiod， has its own law of development and characteristics of the "Seventeen Years"literature， we should correct， dialectical， open mind to treat and learn the fine literary tradition， abandon rigid ideology， to serve for the people to build socialism with ourculture.
