The Research On The Construction Of The Evaluation Index System Of The Competitiveness Of The Cultural Industry Project In Inner Mongolia

The development of cultural industries receive more and more concern and attention ofthe countries all over the world today. Most other of the world are developing the culturalindustry projects, it is the same in China. In recent years, the development of cultural industrybecome a new power for promoting Chinese economic development. Cultural industryhealthy and rapid development is not only conducive to regional economic development, butalso to the social development of the region. At present, the study of culture industry is moreand more deeply at home and abroad. China is also looking for in line with their owndevelopment path in practice. The annual applications of cultural industry projects are moreand more. All provinces and cities have hope to promote the local economy by enabling thedevelopment of cultural industry. The study of the cultural industry is more needed. Thisarticle deeply studies the effect factors of the competitiveness of the cultural industryprojects on Inner Mongolia. We hope to have a scientific and reasonable evaluation indexsystem of the competitiveness of the cultural industry projects. When the governmentscreens the cultural industry projects, it is as the basis of judgment.This article is through seven chapters to elaborate. First of all, through the study of thecultural industry project definition and basic theoretical foundation, defines the object ofstudy and research scope. Second, on the basis of the basic theory and principle of theconstruction of Inner Mongolia cultural industry project evaluation index as the basis, welearn from previous theoretical results, combining with the characteristics of Inner Mongoliaculture industry projects, puts forward the influence factors of cultural industrycompetitiveness. Third, based on the influence factors of careful analysis and research, weget an evaluation indicators of the competitiveness of the cultural industry projects on InnerMongolia as preliminary results. Fourth, using Likert scale method, by setting thequestionnaire, giving out the questionnaires to experts in Inner Mongolia area, recoveringback and data analysis. The questionnaire set with reference to the knowledge andexperience of experts, we will get a culture industry project evaluation index system that hasa scientific basis and characteristics of Inner Mongolia Fifth, using analytic hierarchyprocess, and we set the questionnaire on the basic of the new indicators. The questionnairesare completed by the relevant experts. Getting the index weight through the analysis, a finalevaluation index system of Inner Mongolia cultural industry project competenceconstruction completed. Through this study, we found that the financing capability, profitability and culturalresources development capabilities of Inner Mongolia’s cultural industry project are weak.These capabilities are seriously restricting the Inner Mongolia cultural industrycompetitiveness. This article is a new exploration. Both the cultural industry and the culturalindustry competitiveness of the project, the research is lack. In practice, the governmentapproves to the cultural industry project, it has not a scientific and reasonable evaluationbasis. This article make a theoretical exploration for the evaluation of the competitivenessof cultural industry project.
