Two thousand years of historical exchanges in cultural between Vietnam and China had been known deeply to everyone as mutual affection, especially in language, and the Sino-Vietnamese words most especially. Consequently, learning Chinese is very interesting to Vietnamese students and Sino-Vietnamese words play an important role in Vietnamese language. With the passage of time, the Sino-Vietnamese words and Chinese both itself have been slowly changed. For instance, Vietnamese students will hinder in learning Chinese, if they can not grasp the differences between similarities, students have to learn fluent and idiomatic Chinese.This essay researches1574Chinese words across the Sino-Vietnamese words of Vietnamese and Chinese words. According to the questionnaire surveys and the natural language materials, found and compared130Sino-Vietnamese words, concluded that, Vietnamese students with senior level in Chinese is often affected by the negative influences. The cause of many error examples can be found through extensive analysis, attempts to put forward the teaching countermeasures and raises the quality of teaching.
