International status of China has continued to improve, all over the world Chinese fever is constantly ongoing. Kazakhstan and other countries is now actively expand Chinese international outreach work. The author is of the local Chinese language teacher of Kazakhstan as well as the student in China. The author now not only understand the state of the teaching of the Chinese language, understand more of the Chinese culture, and to many of the new Chinese language teaching and learning methods, and has access to many different Chinese teaching philosophy, and therefore would like to contribure teaching of the Chinese Language Studies of Kazakhstan for the development and progress.The present study in Almaty, Kazakhstan, is of the teaching of the Chinese language in three universities as the object of study for the investigation.They are Kazakhstan national Ali Farraby National University, Kazakhstan National Eurasian University, Kazakhstan, Blair Khan international relations and world language university. In the survey, I found that the current higher eduation institutes and Ministry of education of Kazakhstan to satisfy their learners to learn Chinese also has some shortcomings. For example, the first, there is no unity of the Chinese Language curriculum, and does not have a uniform standard of students assessment criteria. The employment of teachers issues on which there is not a unified standard, and so on. This problems somehow impact in the local Chinese language teaching of Kazakhstan. On the basis of its investigations, the author analysis the cause of the problem of the teaching of Chinese language for the exploration of possible targeted solutions. This theses total in five parts. The first part is introductory, and focuses on the issues raised and the research, literature review, the core concept, the purpose of the study and the content, research methods and the focus of the studis, difficulties and innovations. The second part mainly for through the investigation find and clear idea of the teaching of Chinese language and its problems. The third part is the presentation of problems clearly. The fourth part is the analysis of the cause of the problem. The fifth part puts forward the counter measures to solve the problems.
