Semantic reflects the subjective view of people upon the objective world. The unequal semantic in between two or more languages barricades the smooth communication. This research tries to classified assorted semantic types of the hands-related verbs in two dimensions, which are meaning and culture background. This research distinguishes the semantic features in between Thai and Chinese language hands-related verbs. The results show that the surface semantic, conceptual meaning, attached meaning, synonyms and polysemy, of Thai-Chinese hands-related verbs are partly equal, while the deep semantic, culture background, causes two results, which are 1) partially equal; 2) unequal.At last the research shows that there are three factors that affect the unbalance and unequal semantic in between Thai-Chinese hands-related verbs: At last the research shows that there are two factors that influence the unbalance and unequal semantic in between Thai-Chinese hands-related verbs:1) The lexical crossed and lexical gaps in interior language.2) Cultural identity and the import of foreign culture.
