Textbook is of great significance with regard to teaching. In the process of teaching foreigners,textbooks for teaching Chinese as a second language occupy an important position.Many textbooks of teaching Chinese as a second language in China belong to the standard type of "Chinese-oriented". However, the learners have become diversified along with the increasingly enthusiasm in learning Chinese, which makes this general type of teaching material no longer applicable in today’s overseas Chinese language teaching. Therefore, in recent years, the educational circle has proposed the new idea of "country-specific teaching materials" with small practical results, and there are fewer studies specifically with regard to this problem. This paper selects the classic general type of textbooks of practical Chinese textbook and its altered version of the practical Chinese schoolbook (this textbook has the highest rate of usage in Russia), through a comparative analysis, try to find the reason why the practical Chinese schoolbook is more applicable to the Chinese teaching of Russia,as well as conducting an in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching material, aiming to proposing recommendations for the preparation of country-specific textbook.The introduction of this paper introduces the research background and significance of the topic, and the current situation of the studies on the textbook of teaching Chinese as a second language at home and abroad, as well as proposing the new concept of "country-specific" textbook. It also introduce the selected two sets of teaching materials, explaining the reasons for choosing them, including introducing the theoretical basis and methods of this paper. Party Ⅱ describes the usage situation of the Chinese textbooks that have been published, and it also introduces the formation principles and purposes of the two sets of teaching materials. Part Ⅲ carries out a comprehensive comparative analysis of the two sets of teaching materials, which is divided into pronunciation, words, grammar and exercises, as well as culture knowledge. It carries out an in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of practical Chinese schoolbook highlighted in the process of adaptation, analyzing the causes by combining theories. Part IV is based on the comparative analysis of part Ⅲ, and it combines with the teaching theory of Chinese, proposing some suggestions to the writing of various parts of the country-specific textbook, hoping to provide references to the compilation of the country-specific textbook of teaching Chinese as a second language in the future.
