With the deepening of China’s economic and social development and the continuous improvement of international status, "Chinese fever" and "China culture heat" be just unfolding. In this context, Chinese and teaching Chinese as a second language has become an important topic of international exchange in Chinese need to solve. At the same time, in the era of information explosion, the more able to quickly grasp a large amount of accurate information, will seize the opportunity of the greater the possibility. And the most direct purpose of reading is to obtain information. Therefore, exploring and thinking about teaching, mode of TCSL reading becomes a profound and realistic issue.Including literature, aesthetics of reception, the schema theory in cognitive psychology, dissemination of audience theory, reception theory have a wide field of vision. The reception theory to the recipient as center, study the relationship between the recipient and the text as well as the intermediary, research on text meaning to the internal structure of concrete. Reception theory believes that the meaning of the text in the text and the reader to communicate with each other in the dialogue construction, existing "reader front structure" and the schema so that readers have certain provisions into the dialogue structure in text. Communication of the audience is not without subjectivity "target", in their cognitive activities for the dissemination of information absorption, understanding, memory and will play the subjective initiative, has a specific interest, based on experience, cultural background, the selectivity filter.
