Swedish tyro learners in Chinese in the acquisition of Chinese initial consonants and vowels in the process, because of the negative transfer of mother tongue, target language’s “ over drift ”, teaching methods, students ’ attitudes and other reasons, led to the voiceless voiced 、 the aspirated and unaspirated sound confused 、 lost medial sound in compound vowel、mixed mother tongue and target language’s sound and so on. Those errors have the same features as other foreign learners, but also have its own particularity. Author of inter language theory, detailed analysis of these errors. On the basis of the results of the analysis, follow the basic principles of teaching Chinese for second language speakers, and effective teaching method, and gives the corresponding teaching methods. Through these methods can reduce or avoid Swedish tyro learners in Chinese in the acquisition of initial consonants and vowels, and provide some reference method for Chinese teachers in Sweden.
