For a long time, most studies focus on employee’s work and non-work areas’ conflict have always focused on these two areas:work, and family. However, in recent years a growing number of scholars have suggested that non-work areas should cover a wider part, such as social, hobbies, community activities etc, work-family conflict perspective should be expanded to work-life conflict. Meanwhile, the turnover rate of the bank and insurance financial adviser has always topped the list, but the study of its antecedents causes of turnover behavior has less related to work-life conflict and their own personality factors. This study used questionnaires to explore, the group of bancassurance financial adviser in work-life conflict, arid its impact to work and life satisfaction and turnover intention, explore the role of these prospective personality in the impact. The result shows that:1, bank and insurance financial advisors’work-life conflict significantly predict their turnover intentions; 2, work-life conflict and work/ life satisfaction is negatively related; 3, work/life satisfaction played an partial mediation role in the relationship between work-life conflict and turnover intention; 4, prospective personality moderates the impact of work-life conflict on work/life satisfaction...
