Overviews the concept, measurement tools, theory and models about job burnout, uses work-family conflict scale, Oldenburg burnout inventory and psychology bearing capacity scale measure the level of work-family conflict, job burnout and psychology bearing capacity among446employees of China, examines the moderate effect of the Mental resilience on the work-family conflict and job burnout relationship. The psychology bearing capacity consists of recognize, emotion, social support and will. Utilizes AMOS7.0to examine the construct validity of all the scales, then utilizes SPSS11.5to analyze the data with hierarchical regression, the result shows that:(1)Recognize significantly moderated the relationship between work to family, exhaustion and disengagement. In which recognize had a buffer effect on work to family-exhaustion and work to family-disengament.(2)Social support significantly moderated the relationship between work-family conflict and job burnout. In which social support had a buffer effect on work to family-exhaustion, work to family-disengament, family to work-exhaustion, familyto work-disengament.(3) Emotion significantly moderated the relationship between famly to work, exhaustion and disengagement. In which emotion had a buffer effect on fimliy to work-exhaustion and work to family-disengament.(4)Will significantly moderated the relationship between famly to work, work to family, exhaustion and disengagement. In which will had a buffer effect on work to family exhaustion, fimliy to work-exhaustion and work to family-disengament.
