| Nowadays,preschool education has attracted much attention from the public.The level of preschool education students is deeply affected by the quality and professional ability of the teachers.Students majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges will work in kindergartens one after another after graduation.The professional quality of these graduates determines the overall level of preschool education in higher vocational colleges to a large extent.The subject of this research will be four higher vocational colleges in Changsha as the research scope,focusing on the music teaching module of preschool education in this area to carry out an in-depth investigation.Review the development process of preschool education,fully study the current development situation,enter higher vocational colleges,survey through visits and other forms,and conduct relevant sorting and in-depth research on the survey results.According to the results of the interview,the public in Changsha now has a lot of ideas and suggestions on preschool education,but there are still many loopholes.In fact,the old form of training in the past has long been unable to meet the needs of contemporary preschool teachers,the author found through analysis,which the specific deficiencies mainly include:old-fashioned teaching form,class equipment backward,lack of practical experience,and so on,and summed up the causes of the problems.This topic will be Changsha area higher vocational colleges preschool education professional music teaching as the scope of research,and on the basis of some educational ideas,the current problems of preschool education professional music teaching training optimization,to the teaching process of the problems produced in the development of the corresponding solutions and improvement policies. |
